Xochitl first took community yoga in college and has relied on the practice to invite positive thinking and physical movement into her life. She completed 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Siem Reap, Cambodia from Yogi Madhav. She acquired in-depth knowledge about breathing techniques, meditation, traditional yogic philosophy, along with asana theory, alignment, and adjustment. She originally practiced gymnastics and dance. She seeks community engagement through yoga and volunteer activities, along with persisting in her passion for life, marathon running, and restorative and contemplative activities.
