For the past 19 years, Rebekah has delighted in experiencing and exploring differing Yogic schools and applying what she has learned to her own teaching and practice.
Having had personal injuries, her classes focus on maintaining a balance between vigorous engagement and being respectful of the body’s confines.
This Vinyasa based class joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. This class is dynamic and approachable, all levels are welcome.
