I found yoga in a small studio in India before 7 years and ever since have been practicing it. I have completed my 500hr certification from Yoga Garden SF and I also specialize in Prenatal Yoga. I believe yoga is for everyone and I aim to make my classes accessible to all. I believe safety comes first so I often encourage my students to listen to their bodies. I strongly feel core is a key to stability so I try to integrate some core work in every class. Be ready for a dynamic sequenced flow that encourages a holistic awareness of breath and proper alignment.
