Yoga Trainer

Tiffany began her yoga practice in college and really found solace on her mat while serving in the Peace Corps. Practicing yoga created a safe space for her to explore inward. She is passionate about sharing her practice to empower and ground others in all the ways that yoga has for her. She loves connecting with others through yoga and finding community in shared practices and learning from one another. Outside of yoga, she currently works in women’s empowerment and sexual and reproductive health. She recently moved to the Bay Area from New Orleans. She loves listening to hiphop music and will definitely be incorporating some of her favorite beats into her vinyasa flow!

Class Description:

All levels vinyasa flow-

This class will keep you moving. You’ll flow through creative sequences that will link your breath to your movements, building strength and endurance. We will flow to fun chill hop / hip hop beats to help you unwind, relax and feel energized!

Embodied healing-

This is a gentle restorative yoga class with some guided meditations and intentions setting. This class focuses on creating a safe, supportive and inclusive space through gentle movements to explore your practice to increase body awareness and autonomy.  Many modifications will be offered to best fit your individual needs for healing and exploration.
