Through yoga, Jing found a deep understanding and relationship with her body, mind and inner self. This awesome self-realization inspired her to teach yoga with respect and care. She believes in creating a space that makes yoga accessible to all. Her alignment-centered, mindful flow&restore classes focus on students’ inner-self awareness, deep breathing, and the quality of each movement.
Jing is a certified Yoga Alliance RYT 200 yoga teacher, prenatal yoga teacher, and kids yoga teacher. She is also in the process to become certified RYT 500 yoga teacher.
