Yoga Trainer

Inyoung began her yoga practice when she was a graduate school student in Korea. She was struggling with her health problems which were from the stressful life. Yoga helped her to manage her negative emotions through physical practice and meditation. As she continued her practice, she could truly understand that her body could also rule her mental as the mental rules the body because yoga had helped her not only to relieve the stress but also to get strength to continue her daily life with positive mind. After that enlightenment, her yoga journey kept going on even after the move to America. Finally, she decided to be a yoga teacher to share her grateful experience with others. She believes that everyone has their own inner problems like she did and hopes they also get a time to refresh through her class.

Inyoung completed her 200 hour RYT Yoga Alliance training at CorePower Yoga. She graduated from Korea University with a M.A in Mechanical Engineering. Her major background makes her understand engineer’s chronic pain well and provide proper practices which resonates well with this Silicon Valley’s characteristics.

Class Description

This Vinyasa flow class is open to beginner to intermediate yogis. Each of class will have its own theme to help people grow the ability to practice mindfulness, body-awareness and self-love. This class also includes core building practice to make stable foundation in every yoga postures.

Summary

Her Class aim is giving you time to refresh and positive energy in daily life through physical practice. Her engineering background will help engineer’s yoga practice well.
