Heather Koo

Yoga Trainer

Heather began her yoga practice in 2016 after moving to America. Her yogi friend’s good vibes made her instantly fall in love with yoga, which quickly led her to connect with a new community. She also recognized how much yoga impacted her life and mindset outside of the studio. She was hooked and decided to take her yoga to the next level by becoming an instructor. She achieved her 200-hour RYT and Yoga Sculpt training through CorePower Yoga and began her yoga teaching journey.

Heather is honored to share her enthusiasm for yoga and its benefits with her students. She loves connecting with the community and has been volunteering to teach yoga at public libraries and various Lululemon stores. She believes that yoga offers you confidence and positive energy and is happy to help her students achieve both. Expect to work hard and sweat in Heather’s class, but leave feeling rejuvenated and empowered!
