Yoga Trainer

Chantene, born and raised in Los Angeles, discovered her yoga practice over 13 years ago.  Having experimented with a number of other disciplines, including gymnastics and martial arts, Chantene’s life was changed by the passion she found for yoga.  Chantene has taught beginners to advanced practitioners, and her classes often feature challenging vinyasa sequences, but she always focuses on bringing joy to the practice.  Chantene’s goal is to share that yoga’s deepest value is how it enables spiritual and emotional health and healing through the use of posture, alignment, breath, chanting, and meditative practices.
