Yoga Trainer

Ann Le earned her certification in 2016, and enjoys sharing a playful yoga practice through a meditative style for the community. Her style integrates an appreciation for subtle movements, mindful strengthening techniques, and the quality of the breath tone. Her main goal is to make space for the mind body connection and help others build awareness of all types. When she isn’t practicing yoga or meditation, you will find her painting, learning languages, and working on various projects.
