Anh Nguyen has been practicing yoga for almost 7 years. The practice of yoga has created positive energy and built her confidence. It changed her life mentally and physically. Anh realized the positive effect of what yoga has done to her and her life. She is very passionate about sharing her knowledge with your students. She completed her 200-hour RYT Anusara Yoga in Thailand. She also took workshops to understand alignment and practice deeper meditation.
