Gentle Flow

  • Gentle Flow has focuses on stretching and breathing, not feats of strength or extreme flexibility. You’ll learn to properly align your body in a slow motion to make sure you using the right muscles in the poses to prevent injury or strain. You may do standing postures, forward bends, and even low-impact backbends in addition to seated stretches. Gentle flow is a great way to release your day time stress and prepare yourself for a good sleep.

    I am interested in trying out gentle yoga. I am 64 and have done yoga years ago. I am in reasonable good shape. I am interested in afternoon classes between 3- 6p.m. Monday through Sunday.
