Vanessa Greenway, believes self and natural healing comes from a strong trust in our bodies’ ability to heal itself.
Yoga found her 2 years ago after being diagnosed with an incurable skin disease. It taught her to sit with herself in silence, and more importantly that everything was going to be ok.
She was also able to reconnect with her Reiki healing practices started in 2003 and becoming a Master Teacher.
About her new class here at Jiaren Yoga Studio:
Expect a quiet practice that is entirely seated, lying down, and supported with props for much of the class. Beginning with a short, breath work or meditation, grounded flow that gently warms up the body and is followed by increasingly passive 3 – 4 poses that are held for 10 minutes and a long Savasana.
This class is a good compliment to faster and stronger practices and for those looking to learn how to meditate and connect within.
