Join us on Sunday, February 24th from 1 pm to 3:30 pm as Lindsey teaches a fun and challenging Inversions Workshop! Arm balances and inversions help focus and invigorate the mind, while strengthening the body. We will start with a warm up to build heat and connect with the breath. Poses will be deconstructed and demonstrated, so whether you are a new student to yoga or a veteran, you will be able to safely begin to fly, and of course, have fun!

No prior yoga experience is needed. This workshop is open to all!

About Our Instructor Lindsey:
After practicing yoga for 10 years, Lindsey began looking for a way to deepen her practice. What started as an inward journey to find and better herself, developed into a passion for helping others grow and transform their lives through yoga. On her mat she always felt completely at ease and in the present moment. Because of her yoga practice she is now able to live a mindful life off the mat.

Lindsey is honored to share her enthusiasm for yoga and its many benefits with her students. When she is not working as an attorney or practicing yoga, she enjoys hiking, swimming, kayaking, snowboarding and traveling the world with her friends and family.
